The Nedbank Private Wealth International app is a quick and easy way to view details of your accounts and investments. The app will be regularly updated with new features and functionality. Our latest features include UK domestic payments and same currency internal transfers within the same Focus account.
Input your pin - Input the five digit PIN code that you previously created.
Announcements – Here we display important updates, notices and latest update information about the mobile app.
Home - You will then be presented with the home screen, showing your total wealth with Nedbank Private Wealth International, as well as a summary of your cash balances and investments.
This screen is a summary of your total assets with us, including cash and investments. Swipe left or touch the right arrow to display any liabilities. Scroll down and open the drop down menu to see indicative exchange rates.
Focus account overview - This lists all of your bank accounts within your Focus account. We now feature same currency transfers between bank accounts held within the same Focus account. For more information on payments and transfers please click here. Select the bank account you wish to view in more detail.
Bank account - Here you can view your available balance and a list of your transactions. Transactions are shown in date order, with the most recent first. Underneath the available balance you can see any pending transactions that have yet to be processed.
Transact - If you have transactions enabled on this account the transact button will also be displayed. This button allows you to make same currency transfers between your bank accounts and also UK domestic payments from the bank account you are currently viewing. Alternatively you can use the ‘Transact’ button in the main menu bar. For more information on payments and transfers please click here.
From your bank account screen you can also look at more details about the account. If you have any cards activated for this account you can see further information about these by touching the ‘Cards’ icon.
Details – This shows the date the account was opened, and the sort code/Iban numbers required when sending funds into your account. If any loans are agreed, the details are also shown here.
Cards – This page shows your active Visa debit cards. Please note that only the last four digits of the card number are displayed. Here you will also find the 24-hour hotline telephone number for reporting lost or stolen cards.
Focus Term Deposit - The Current balance is shown here, as well as transactions, with the most recent shown first.
Details - On this screen, you will find full details of your term deposit including start date, end date, and the interest that will be paid on maturity. Eligible deposits with our London office are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme ("FSCS").
'Securities' refers to all stocks, shares and other investments you have selected yourself. If you have a discretionary portfolio managed by us, it will also be shown here under the heading 'Discretionary'. Touch each investment you hold to see further details.
Investment Details - The investment detail screen shows a list of your investments, the book cost, quantity held, current mid-price, market value and SEDOL number. Please note that values are correct as at the end of the previous business day. Click on the security name to see transaction information.
Investment Transactions - Shows the cost of the security, the quantity purchased/sold, transaction type, date, and settlement date, if different. Clicking on the security name will bring up full transaction details.
The ‘More’ page includes methods of contact, legal information, fingerprint settings, logging out and more.
Contact us – On this screen you can choose to contact us by telephone, email or use our Visa hotline. Here you can also find a link to our website.
Fingerprint Settings – Here you can enable or disable TouchID and facial recognition for the mobile app login. Please note that to change or register biometrics, you will need to set these up in your phone's settings.
Configure Dashboard - From here, you have the ability to independently show or hide nil balance bank accounts or nil investment holdings on the home screen for historical activity. These settings can be changed anytime to suit your preference.
Important Information - Here you will find legal information and details about the version of the app you are using.
Enrol to South Africa - If you hold accounts with Nedbank Private Wealth in South Africa, and don’t already view them via the mobile app, you can enrol here to do so.
Leave feedback - This inbox has been set up specifically for your comments on the mobile app. If you would like to contact us on any other subject, please telephone or email our client services centre on +44 (0)1624 645000 between 8am and 8pm (UK time), from Monday to Friday.
Log Out - Click here to log out. Please be aware that the mobile app will logout after 10 minutes to prevent unauthorised access when a session has been left unattended, or sooner if you have set your device to have your 'screen lock' activated after less than 10 minutes of inactivity. It will also logout if you switch out of the app for longer than one minute, or go to your home screen, or when your mobile device goes into 'sleep' mode.
At present, you can make UK Domestic payments via the app. Further functionality will be added in a later release. Please visit our Payments and Transfers page for more information.

Investment values are correct as at the end of the previous business day. Cash balances are updated periodically throughout the day, and very recent transactions may not be shown immediately.
On the ‘Home’ screen, the total Focus account value is shown in the currency which you have chosen to have your Focus account reported in. Individual account balances are shown in the currency of each account. Investment values are shown in the currency in which you have asked us to report your Focus account in.
Daily exchange rates are shown on the home page. These are indicative exchange rates only.
You can view your accounts with Nedbank Private Wealth in South Africa, as well as your International accounts, via the mobile app.
There are additional features available for South African accounts, such as messaging and mobile chat. These are not yet available for International accounts, however we will add more features to International accounts in the mobile app over the coming months.
